We come to site. You get it done right.
Two ways we work with builders, fabricators, and install teams — plus a CAD service that takes your files all the way to cut-ready.
Service 1 — Site capture
We measure what's there. You get clean CAD files.
Using the Leica iCS50 and vPen, we touch-measure every point you need — walls, edges, curved surfaces, glass — and deliver clean 2D and 3D CAD files ready to drop straight into your fabrication workflow. One visit. No guesswork. No rework.
Best for: Fabricators needing accurate site data before cutting or manufacturing.
See what you'll receive — download example files or view real jobs:
DXF/DWG files open in AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, AlphaCAM, and most fabrication software.
1 hr on site (minimum)
One defined area or problem space
Clean 2D + 3D CAD files
PDF snapshots
Up to 4 hrs on site
Several areas or a more complex job
Clean 2D + 3D CAD files
Consolidated PDF snapshots
Priority fabrication notes
Up to 8 hrs on site
High complexity or multiple trades
Clean 2D + 3D CAD files
Structured deliverables
Handover call to coordinate output
Service 2 — Projected layout
We mark out exactly where everything goes. Before anyone picks up a tool.
Using the Leica iCS50 and vPole, we take your design files and project every point, line, and position directly onto the site — floor, wall, or ceiling — with ±1mm accuracy. Your install team arrives to a space that's already marked out and ready to go. We can work from your supplied CAD or plans, or from files we've captured on a prior visit.
Best for: Builders and contractors who want install points marked out accurately before work begins — eliminating costly errors and rework downstream.
1–2 hrs on site
One defined area or space
Points marked to ±1mm
Works from your supplied file
Half or full day
Multiple areas or higher complexity
Works from supplied CAD or captured data
Documentation of all laid-out points
Add-on — Prepared cut files & CAD design
From clean CAD data to fully designed, production-ready files.
Once your site is captured, our CAD team takes that clean data further — producing fabrication drawings, 3D renders, dimensioned elevations, and cut-ready files. Everything your team needs to go straight from site to machine with zero interpretation required.
Example project
Recent staircase with glass balustrade
Site captured, then fully designed with 3D renders, top view, and dimensioned elevations for each glass panel and tread — all delivered as part of the CAD design add-on.
